InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around St. Charles, IL. You will enjoy a flexible schedule with a steady caseload and support from a therapy-first team.

Compensation is paid per visit, ranging from $65 to $85 per visit, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and training. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients while maintaining compliant documentation.

Formación

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology; EMR training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community

• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
