Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home PT services to adults and seniors in Sarasota and surrounding areas. The position offers a flexible schedule, a stable caseload, and strong clinical and administrative support from the team.

Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, implementing rehab programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation and Benefits*

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65-80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
