Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to adult and geriatric patients around Winter Haven. The role offers a flexible schedule and consistent caseload with comprehensive support from the team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time
• Paid training and mentorship
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70-80 per visit
• The position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
