Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapist to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Putnam, CT. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate therapy services while collaborating with a supportive team of rehab therapists and nursing staff.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $50-$55/hour along with generous paid time off and education support. A current PT license or eligibility to practice in Connecticut is required.
