Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaboratively work with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment.
• Hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Pay close attention to detail and ensure timely documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr - $35/hr
