Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per‑Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Fairfield, CT. The PTA will deliver compassionate therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and ensure accurate electronic documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an active PTA license (or is license eligible) in Connecticut and demonstrates strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or being license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Ability to document electronically and maintain accurate records.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a patient care setting.

A Per‑Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Fairfield, CT.

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub‑acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team‑working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $30/hr - $35/hr
