Job summary

Champion City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our full-time therapy team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled PT services to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Provide skilled interventions including gait training, balance training, strengthening, transfer training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility training.

Champion City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our full-time therapy team. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. The PT works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and high-quality patient care.
