Harmony Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled PT services and supervise PTAs. You will assess, plan, and implement personalized interventions to improve residents’ functional independence.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a PT license. In this full-time, in-person position you will collaborate with other clinicians, document care, advocate for residents, and strive for positive outcomes.

Competenze

Valid physical therapy license (PT) is required.
Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
Graduate of an accredited PT program.

Mansioni

Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs).
Collaborate with other health care professionals in assessment, planning, and safe implementation of therapy.
Be a resident advocate centering the resident in all we do.
Ensure excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
Provide clinical documentation and create positive resident outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY

The Physical Therapist / PT position is to be responsible for providing skilled physical therapy. The physical therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized physical therapy interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and functional independence.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Supervise and guide certified physical therapy assistants (PTAs)
Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy.
Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
Provide clinical documentation
Create positive resident outcomes.
