Care Pavilion Nursing and Rehab in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a subacute care setting, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

You will perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, implement interventions, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Bachelor's or Master's in PT required; 0+ years experience in subacute care preferred.
