Chelsea Jewish Lifecare’s Brudnick Center for Living is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for weekend shifts (16 hours every other weekend) at $40.00–$55.00 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements include a current Massachusetts PT license and fluency in English. Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies is preferred, with a focus on comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based interventions to maximize mobility and quality of life.

• Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
