Salary: $40.00 - $55.00/hour | Full-Time and PRN

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and deliver individualized, evidence‑based physical therapy treatment plans to support functional goals of diverse resident populations.
  • Evaluate and screen residents to determine therapy needs, exercising strong clinical judgment throughout treatment planning and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality resident care and optimal outcomes.
  • Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers to promote continuity of care and long‑term success.
  • Provide supervision to physical therapy assistants and maintain timely, accurate, and defensible clinical documentation.
  • Ensure full compliance with facility policies and all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety, infection control, and billing standards.
What You’ll Need:
  • Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Massachusetts state licensure.
  • Experience with short‑term rehabilitation and geriatrics.
  • Ability to exert 20–50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10–20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects, equipment and/or residents.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend or crouch regularly.
  • Must be able to use hands to manipulate tools, equipment, or controls.
  • Must have visual and hearing acuity sufficient to assess resident safety and ability.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
  • ATP certification through RESNA or interest in obtaining ATP certification.
  • Experience with, or interest in, high‑tech assistive technologies preferred.
