Pivot Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and supervise assistants to support patient independence. Licensed PT in good standing is required with strong communication to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Establishes measurable goals and treatment plans to maximize independence.
