Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist in Spring, TX to screen, evaluate, and treat patients across care settings. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, review medical records, and establish goals and a treatment plan to maximize independence.

You will supervise assistants and rehab techs and clearly communicate progress to patients and the care team. The role offers competitive pay starting at $43/hour for full-time staff, plus benefits including 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff.
• Must be capable of performing the Responsibilities of this job, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients.
• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures.
• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindication.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act.
• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members.
