Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Traveling Physical Therapist for assignments in Concord, CA. The PT will evaluate patients and provide/ document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders. Travel position with set hours and weekly pay of $3,054.

Responsibilities include thorough evaluations, treatment delivery, and accurate documentation while maintaining compliance with facility policies. Amergis provides competitive benefits and support for travel staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
