Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Sacramento, CA. The role includes patient evaluations and delivery of therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders, with documentation of progress and outcomes.

Requirements include active PT licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, and compliance with health regulations. The position is 40 hours per week with weekly pay and benefits as listed.

Qualifications

• One year of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
