Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Dayton, Washington. The PT will evaluate patients and provide and document therapy services per the plan of care and physician orders, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Requirements include current licensure in the state, CPR if applicable, a health certificate, and adherence to federal, state, and local rules. One year of PT experience is preferred; 18+ years of age.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
