Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. You will perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services according to the care plan and physician orders when applicable.

The role requires current PT licensure, CPR if applicable, and compliance with applicable regulations. Benefits and competitive pay are offered, with 40-hour weeks and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• One year of professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum Requirements:
