Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our King George team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop tailored plans, and collaborate with therapists who value your clinical input.

Applicants must have a DPT, an active state license, and NPTE eligibility. Flexible daytime PRN schedule with opportunities to mentor and be mentored in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
