Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN coverage at Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Vero Beach, FL. You will deliver high-quality PT care with flexible daytime shifts and collaborate with a supportive team.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and patient-centered care. A DPT and an active state license with NPTE qualification are required, with 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
