Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist to join its team on a PRN basis in Blacksburg, VA. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling within a collaborative, clinician-led environment to ensure quality patient care.

Required is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and an active state license with NPTE completion. Prefer candidates with around one year of experience and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes and education.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
