Job summary

Johns Island Post Acute in Johns Island, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, confidence, and independence. Part-time, PRN, with flexible schedules; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Staff PT evaluates residents, develops individualized plans, supervises PT assistants, and collaborates with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; SC license or eligibility.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina required or pending.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility.
• Supervise PT Assistants and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per policies and regulations.
