Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility on Johns Island, SC. We are hiring a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, supervise support staff, and coordinate with families and physicians.

New Graduates are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay is $42–$50/hour with flexible schedules and growth opportunities. Join a supportive team that values compassionate, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher required.
• SC Physical Therapist license or eligibility required.
• New Graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise PT Assistants in direct resident care.
• Communicate progress and goals with families, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safety.
