The position requires a Physical Therapy degree and SC licensure (or eligibility). You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, supervise PT staff, and maintain documentation while collaborating

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• SC Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Ability to help residents regain independence.
• Computer skills: Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, families.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation per requirements.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and infection control.
• Educate residents and families on goals and home exercise programs.
• Recommend durable medical equipment as needed.
• Contribute to quality assurance and rehab program development.
• Relate positively with residents, families, staff and colleagues.
