Job summary

Johns Island Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. The PTA will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, help residents improve mobility and function, and document progress in a supportive, collaborative environment on Johns Island, SC.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-admissions healthcare setting preferred.

• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehab journey.
• Document treatments and resident progress accurately.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional care.
