Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Texas is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and apply evidence-based interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
