Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Trophy Club, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients. You will evaluate, plan, implement and adjust treatments, while educating patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
