Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Northlake, TX is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor progress in a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment.
