Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas to provide evidence-based care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, monitor progress, and educate on prevention and recovery within a supportive, team-oriented clinic.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for leadership in a modern facility with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (MPT, DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
