Job summary

PACS Group Hillsboro Post Acute in Hillsboro, IN is seeking a flexible PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The role involves evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based PT interventions to help residents regain independence and function.

The ideal candidate is licensed as a Physical Therapist in Ohio, has completed an accredited PT program, and has experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
