Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy department on a PRN basis. We are dedicated to helping residents recover, regain independence, and return to their highest function.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with nursing staff and physicians. Current Ohio PT license required; experience in post-acute care is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed PT in Ohio with current credentials.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.
