Job summary

Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy department on a PRN basis. The PT will perform comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, and work closely with nursing staff and physicians.

We value strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, and prefer candidates with experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
• Assess resident progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
