Driftwood Healthcare Center-Santa Cruz is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT). The role focuses on evaluating and treating residents within a supportive team environment. A California PT license is required, with one year of clinical experience preferred.

New graduates welcomed and a sign-on bonus is available. The position includes typical PT responsibilities, patient assessments, and collaboration with other care team members to ensure quality resident care.

Formación

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California license to practice Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administers and interprets tests for muscle strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment per established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge environments.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Salary: $104,000 - $124,000 Per Diem/On Call

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties and Responsibilities within scope of practice and federal guidelines:

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.
