Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN weekend coverage to support patient-centered care for residents. You will collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to deliver targeted therapy and improve resident outcomes.

The role requires active CO licensure, experience in post-acute or SNF settings is a plus, and proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care. We offer competitive pay and a supportive environment for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
