Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our facility in Colorado. You will work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing high-quality physical therapy services to residents, with an emphasis on compassionate care and growth opportunities.

Candidates must hold a CO license and have experience in post-acute or skilled nursing settings; proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to residents as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and progress in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
