Position: Physical Therapist - PRN - 7463-13065

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
• Establish a plan of care tailored to the identified problems, involving the patient according to their capabilities and desires.
• Design and implement individualized physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical function, relieve pain, and prevent dysfunction.
• Utilize standard physical therapy techniques and skills appropriate for the patient's age and condition.
• Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel, assessing competence and establishing effective communication channels.
• Evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending modifications as needed.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and plan for reevaluation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Required Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, and stress management skills.
• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
