Job description

This is a PRN role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist located in Woodbridge, VA. The position involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. The therapist provides age-appropriate education to clients and caregivers, supervises team members, and assumes responsibility for care provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing modalities and therapeutic interventions according to standards of care and departmental policies.
• Providing effective instruction to patients and families through standardized or individualized training.
• Collaborating with internal and external team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Selecting and performing appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establishing and updating individualized care plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree (Preferred), or Doctorate Degree.
• Physical Therapist License (Required).
