Description

We currently have programs in 35 states and growing. This is a PRN (as needed) position for the state of Missouri. In this position, you need to be licensed as a LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LMFT in the state of MO.

Job Details

• Type: Contract
• Hourly: Up to $45/hour
• Patient Population: Older Adults ages 65+
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: As needed, Mondays - Fridays, 8am to 5pm (NO WEEKENDS/NO CALL)

Your Role as a PRN Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist

Your focus will be on the 3Cs: Care, Community, and Compliance.

• Care: Collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team to provide therapeutic services, including group, individual, and family therapy for older adults in a geriatric intensive outpatient environment.
• Community: Participate in community education about behavioral health for all, including older adults.
• Compliance: Facilitate treatment team meetings, develop and update patient-centered treatment plans, and ensure timely, compliant documentation.

Requirements

• Licensed in Social Work or Counseling recognized by the state (LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) – required
• Work with kindness and accountability to improve patients' quality of life – required

Salary

Range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
