(Ideal candidate should have outpatient experience & be able to commit to 4-6 hours per week.)

Job Summary

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional standards and ethics.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid state PT licensure or certification
• Current CPR certification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience: 0-1 years

Roles And Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
