Job summary

Symbria's The Seasons in Cincinnati, OH is urgently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to support the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings.

As part of an employee-owned company, you will develop goals, implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs, maintain productivity, and ensure thorough documentation while delivering patient-centered care to older adults.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care/long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain productivity.
• Complete required documentation and deliver patient-centered care.
• Help geriatric patients achieve critical outcomes.

Are you an Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Seasons in Cincinnati, OH is urgently seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member. Looking for weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
