Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to serve the geriatric population in our Breeze Park rehab team. You will establish goals, implement treatment plans, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining documentation and productivity standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork within an interdisciplinary group and community partnerships. New grads are welcome, with mentorship and hands-on experience provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license in Missouri or eligible.
• Flexible hours and weekend availability.
• Experience in acute or long-term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Deliver patient-centered care to geriatric population.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
