Job summary

The Seasons in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehab Team. You will work with the Physical Therapist to execute treatment plans and help older adults achieve meaningful outcomes in a geriatric setting.

This PRN role requires flexibility to cover weekdays and weekends as needed. Symbria emphasizes employee ownership through an ESOP and a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Hold a valid state PTA license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Physical Therapist to set goals and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Provide patient-centered care and engage with the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings.

Education

Graduate of accredited PTA program

Valid state PTA license

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at The Seasons in Cincinnati, OH has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. Looking for weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.


• Hold a valid state license.


• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.


• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
