Job summary

Symbria’s Rehab Team at Menonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, OH is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to impact the lives of older adults on a per diem basis. Weekday and weekend coverage is required, with opportunities to collaborate with PTAs and an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, maintaining productivity and thorough documentation, and contributing to meaningful geriatric outcomes within a 100% employee-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Holding a valid state license is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute/long-term care or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of PTAs.
• Participate as part of an interdisciplinary team and maintain productivity and documentation.
• Help patients achieve outcomes while serving the community.

Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Menonite Memorial Home in Blufton, OH has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available.

Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
