Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join an employee-owned team delivering geriatric care in senior-living and post-acute settings.

You will set goals and execute treatment plans with supervision, collaborate with PTAs and an interdisciplinary team, and help patients achieve critical outcomes in the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans with supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and support community care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Current state license (valid or pending for new grads)

This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
