Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to impact the lives of older adults in our Homer Glen location. You’ll set goals, lead treatment plans with PTAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in geriatric settings.

New grads are welcome; mentorship and hands-on experience are provided in a supportive, ESOP-owned environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Holds a valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have acute, long-term care or rehabilitation experience, but not required.

Responsibilities

• As a PRN Physical Therapist, establish goals and execute treatment plans with supervision of P.T. Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while serving the community you work in.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
