Qualifications

• Licensed PT with Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Strong clinical skills in ortho/neuro/geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine function and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize results.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Ensure timely discharge summaries and evaluations.
• Stay updated on PT advances and integrate into practice.
• Manage schedules and coordinate with nonclinical staff as needed.
