Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and any other relevant state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
