Job description

We have an immediate need for a Per Diem Physical Therapist in the Philadelphia area. KeystoneCare is a home care agency that meets and exceeds patients' therapeutic needs in their homes.

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapies, the Home Care Physical Therapist consults, evaluates, and provides professional physical and rehabilitative therapy to patients of all ages in their homes, as prescribed by the physician. The Physical Therapist specializes in preserving functional capacity or re-establishing function in disorders of the musculoskeletal, neuro-muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and integument systems. Treatment aims to relieve pain and develop or restore muscle strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion, and motor skills, tailored to each patient's individual needs. The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining high standards of care as established by the profession and based on their knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school specific to Physical Therapy
• Current PA professional license
• Minimum three years experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
