The Staff Level I Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and discharge planning for all referred patients. Essential Functions:
Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
AND
0-2 years of clinical practice; 1 year preferred.
Valid state license in Physical Therapy.
CPR certification (American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers, BLS) required.
Work Shift
Rotating shifts (United States of America).
