ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions, based in Hawthorne, California, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our lively outpatient pediatric clinic. You will tailor treatments for children from birth to 21, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver a holistic approach that drives real patient success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
• Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
• Work independently as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
