High Pointe Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver one-on-one, play-based therapy that supports developmental milestones. You’ll design individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families to translate progress into daily life.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pediatric physical therapy or significant clinical rotations.
• Up-to-date with current pediatric treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized, play-based treatment plans that support developmental milestones.
• Provide noninvasive, movement-based interventions to reduce reliance on medications or surgery when appropriate.
• Create home exercise programs and coach caregivers to reinforce skills.
• Deliver evidence-based pediatric care with warmth, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
• Help kids reach functional goals like safe mobility, school participation, and self-care.
• Partner closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Keep growing through mentorship and ongoing pediatric CE.
